PCEL-4P-30MA-63A-A Residual Current Circuit Breaker Description
Residual current circuit breakers, also called RCCBs, are used in personal and property protection as well as fire protection, mainly in building electronics. In case of contact with defective devices or lines, they interrupt a circuit within milliseconds absolutely reliably and thus prevent life-threatening electrical accidents. Type A RCDs provide more accurate protection for purely sinusoidal AC currents as well as pulsating DC fault currents and are independent of external power sources, making them the most commonly used circuit breakers.
